I'm not sure but I think this is a Sugar Nellie. I stole this stamped image from my sister who got it from Laurel (I hope you don`t mind Laurel-hee hee). I just thought she was so cute & I really wanted to color her. I wasn`t sure what color to do the flowers but I went with purple. Hope it goes ok.
